Somatic Parts Work Therapy for Individuals & Couples

Meet your therapist

I believe humans are relational creatures, and that our most intimate relationships have an immense impact on our health and wellbeing. As a therapist, I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS), emotionally focused therapy, and body-based somatic practices, helping clients connect with their inner wisdom and learn to truly accept themselves and others. With a background in both science and philosophy, I bridge the worlds of matter and mystery through psychoeducation, ritual, and experiential practices. My hope is to guide clients toward greater integration, wholeness, and belonging, supporting them on their journey to becoming more connected to themselves and those around them.

Services

Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, I focus on helping you connect with your inner world through a blend of IFS, somatic practices, and mindfulness. Together, we explore the emotions, thoughts, and sensations that arise, helping you gain insight, foster self-compassion, and find healing. My approach integrates mind, body, and spirit, offering a holistic path toward greater self-awareness, balance, and personal growth.

Couples Therapy

In couples therapy, I help partners navigate conflict and strengthen emotional bonds by focusing on attachment and communication. Using a blend of IFS and emotionally focused therapy, I work with couples to interrupt destructive patterns, explore parts of themselves and their relationship, and build lasting, secure attachments. Whether addressing intimacy, conflict, or non-traditional relationship structures, my goal is to support partners in creating a deeper, more fulfilling connection.

Psychedelic Prep & Integration

For those exploring the transformative potential of altered states, I provide support through preparation and integration therapy. Drawing on mindfulness, somatic practices, and IFS, I guide you in preparing for safe, intentional journeys and help you process and integrate the insights afterward. Whether it's understanding visions or embodying new perspectives, I aim to help you ground these experiences in meaningful and lasting ways.

Background

After transitioning from my previous career as a high school math and science teacher and community leader, I attended Seattle University’s Master of Arts in Couples and Family Therapy and received my LMFTA license. I now practice as a systemic relationship focused therapist for both individuals and couples. I am also a certified yoga teacher and am passionate about mindfulness and body based therapeutic approaches.
